General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

The General Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”) contain the general contractual terms and conditions for the use of the web store operated by … company (headquarters: 1173, Budapest 532. utca 5, tax number: 74446346-1-42) as a service provider (“Service Provider”). Please use our services only if you agree with all its points and consider them binding on you. This document will not be filed, it will only be concluded in electronic form (it is not considered a written contract), and it does not refer to a code of conduct.

Basic provisions

1.1. Questions not regulated in these Regulations, as well as the interpretation of these Regulations, are governed by Hungarian law, in particular Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code on Fulfillment services for webshops (“Ptk”) and electronic commercial services, as well as those related to the information society CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of services the relevant provisions of the law. The mandatory provisions of the relevant legislation apply to the parties without special stipulations.

1.2. Scope, modification of the General Terms and Conditions.

1.3. The webshop, as a copyrighted work, is subject to copyright protection.

1.4. Availability.

1.5. Reference must be made to the availability of the data protection information, and the data protection registration number must be indicated.

Range of products and services available for purchase

1.6. It must be indicated whether the displayed products can only be purchased online or in person. Do the products include VAT. Do they include the home delivery fee or the packaging fee.

1.7. In the webshop, the Service Provider displays the name and description of the product in detail, and displays photos of the products. The images displayed on the product data sheet may differ from the real thing, in some cases they are shown as illustrations.

1.8. If a promotional price is introduced, the Service Provider will fully inform Users about the duration of the promotion.

Order process

1.9. A detailed description of the order process, from logging in to placing the product in the cart.

1.10. Options for correcting data entry errors (e.g. extra product, product deletion, price check, etc.)

1.12. The service provider’s online store is obliged to confirm the arrival of the user’s order to the user electronically without delay.

If this confirmation is not received by the user within the expected deadline depending on the nature of the service, but no later than 48 hours after the user’s order has been sent, the user is released from the obligation to make an offer or contractual obligation. an order and its confirmation shall be deemed to have been received by the service provider or the user when it becomes available to him. The parties may deviate from the above rules if they have agreed.

If the Service Provider and the User have not agreed on the date of performance, the Service Provider is obliged to perform the performance in accordance with the contract at the time or within the time specified in the User’s notice, or, in the absence of a notice, no later than thirty days from the receipt of the order by the Service Provider.

1.15. If the Service Provider does not fulfill its obligations under the contract because the product specified in the contract is not available, it is obliged to inform the User immediately and refund the amount paid by the User immediately, but no later than within thirty days. Fulfilling this obligation does not exempt the Service Provider from other consequences of breach of contract.

Right of withdrawal

1.16. 45/2014 on the detailed rules of contracts between the consumer and the business. (II.26.) Pursuant to the regulation of the Government Decree, the User may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the ordered product or return the ordered product.

1.17. Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal… (when the customer can use it, when not, the online store refunds the price immediately, but no later than within 14 days, exceptions, etc.)

Fulfillment service for webshops

Warranty, guarantee

1.18. We guarantee our products for X months. In the event of a malfunction, you will be informed of what to do in person or by phone at any of the service centers listed in the warranty letter, and we will also provide information on one of our contact details. See also:

Complaint handling

1.19. The webshop is obliged to inform the consumer about its headquarters, the place of complaint handling – if it is not the same as the place of distribution or sales – and about the method adapted to the particularities of the given activity, commercial form or method, as well as the correspondence address of the company or the customer service of the company in order to communicate complaints your address and – if you also receive complaints in this way – your electronic mail address, internet address, and phone number.

Miscellaneous Provisions

1.20. The Service Provider and the User try to settle their disputes amicably.

The User and the Service Provider agree to the Hungarian Jurisdiction of Court/Tribunal.
